It displays a spectacular full height traditional beamed ceiling and is an open plan room divided into sections by huge vertical beams, one such section has an area giving perfect space for working or preparing for a wedding or party.

The room is equipped with a super king sized bed and two sofas, high quality linen, towels and bathroom accessories and many thoughtful extras.

There are delights to be seen from here and most of the year there are sheep grazing. It is not unusual to spot deer, on their own or with their young. 

From another aspect of this room, looking downstream over the Weir there are glimpses of cattle and sheep in the distance. 

A family of swans, or a pair, can sometimes be seen feeding, resting on the riverbank or gracefully gliding along the water.
